Before you pay
Confirm who you are paying
The name on the invoice and the payment details must match the company you are dealing with. Confirm the details with us by phone or WhatsApp before you send money.
Get everything in writing
Price, specifications, delivery terms and timeline should be written on the quote or contract, not only agreed in chat.
Ask for an inspection
A report with photos and video shows the real condition of the car before the final payment.
Vehicle inspectionCheck the export documents
Ask for the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and export declaration, and make sure your country allows the car to be imported.
Follow your shipment
Use the shipment number to see where your car is until it reaches your port.
Track a shipmentWarning signs
- A price far below the market for the same car
- Pressure to pay immediately or to skip the inspection
- A seller who will not do a video call or show the car
- Payment requests to a personal account, gift cards or cryptocurrency
- Payment details that change after the invoice was issued
These warning signs apply to any overseas seller, not only to us. If something feels wrong, stop and ask questions before you pay.
