Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern use of the TRADEWAY website and any purchase inquiry made through it. TRADEWAY is a vehicle export company located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.

2. Quotes & prices

All website prices are estimates in USD unless stated. Binding prices are confirmed by proforma invoice and valid for the stated period. Shipping estimates are non-binding.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit by T/T to our company account; 70% balance is due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C accepted for orders above USD 100,000.

4. Shipping & risk

Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm (FOB/CIF/CFR). We arrange insurance where CIF is agreed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Import responsibility

The buyer is responsible for destination-country import regulations, duties, taxes and registration. We provide standard export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading.

6. Liability

Vehicle specifications are provided by manufacturers; we are not liable for manufacturer defects covered by factory warranty. Our liability is limited to the value of our service fees.
